Merkaba Meditation - 23
Received by Drunvalo Melchizedek
From Gabriel B'nai Elohim
This is not an easy meditation to learn. I didn’t resonate with this meditation for 10 days because I was doing it wrong. I rewrote the directions in The Secret Flower of Life Vol. 2 to make them simpler, and I eventually discovered what I was doing wrong. I was creating the Merkaba disk at the level of my heart center instead of the base of my spine, and I was spinning single tetrahedrons instead of entire star tetrahedrons. I was unable to visualize the flat surfaces of star tetrahedrons until I watched a video:
I was unable to assemble the paper template for a star tetrahedron in the book, so I ordered a crystal tetrahedron from Etsy. Holding a solid tetrahedron helps to visualize it.
My persistence paid off. The Merkaba energy field became my flying saucer spaceship of energy that I programmed to heal myself, others and the Earth. I will recreate the Merkaba daily until it becomes permanent.

Directions
Become aware of the male (sun) tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.
Become aware of the female (Earth) tetrahedron, (apex pointing to the earth, point facing to the back for males, point facing to the front for females), also filled with the brilliant white light.
The First 6 Breaths:
Breath through your belly from your nose. Focus upwards towards the male (sun) tetrahedron on each inhale, and focus downward upon the female (Earth) tetrahedron on each exhale. The first six breaths balance the polarities and cleanse your electrical system. The mudras for the first 6 breaths are: 1) your thumb and index finger touching, 2) thumb and middle finger together 3) thumb and ring finger together 4) thumb and little finger together 5) thumb and index finger together 6) thumb and middle finger together. Focus upon love throughout the meditation.
The 7th Breath:
For the next seven breaths use the same mudra: the thumb, first and second fingers touching with palms up.
You do not need to visualize the star tetrahedron at this time. Focus on the tube that runs through the star, from the apex of the male (sun) tetrahedron above your head to the apex of the female (Earth) tetrahedron below your feet. This extends one hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet.
Visualize the brilliant white light of the prana moving down the tube from the top and up the tube from the bottom at the same time. Direct the two beams of prana to meet at your navel creating a sphere of light the size of a grapefruit.
The 8th Breath:
The sphere centered at the navel continues to grow until it is eight inches in diameter.
The 9th Breath:
The sphere continues to grow until it fills the entire belly.
The 10th Breath:
The sphere ignites into a sun, a brilliant blinding ball of white light. Make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure, and the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo, (as wide as the length of your body with your arms extended). Your body is now completely enclosed within a huge sphere of brilliant white light. The original small sphere is still there, so now there are 2 concentric spheres.
The 11th, 12th, and 13th Breath:
Relax and just feel the flow of the prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then expanding out to the large sphere.
The 14th Breath:
The mudra for the rest of the meditation: Place the left palm on top of the right palm for males and the right palm on top of the left palm for females.
On the inhale of the 14th breath, move the point where the two beams of prana meet from the navel to the sternum, the fourth dimensional chakra. Breathing from this new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third to fourth dimensional consciousness, or from Earth consciousness to Christ consciousness.
The 15th Breath:
Be aware of the whole star tetrahedron. Realize that there are three whole star tetrahedrons superimposed over each other. One is the body itself, and is locked in place and never, except under certain conditions, moves. It is placed around the body according to maleness or femaleness. The second whole star (not the single tetrahedron from before) tetrahedron is male (mind), and it rotates toward your left side. The third whole star tetrahedron is female (emotions), and it rotates toward your right side. Begin by rotating the tetrahedrons at equal speed. In an instant, they will be moving at exactly one third the speed of light at their outer tips.
Make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure and feel the two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning.
The 16th Breath:
On the inhale, say to yourself 34:21. This is the code to your mind to spin the two sets of tetrahedrons at a ratio of 34:21. The mind tetrahedron spinning to the left will go around 34 times while the emotional tetrahedron spinning to the right will go around 21 times. As the two sets speed up the ratio will remain constant.
As you let out the breathe, the two sets of tetrahedrons take off from their one third speed of light setting to two thirds speed of light in an instant. Let out all your breath with force through a small hole in your lips. A flat disk about 55 feet in diameter forms at the base of the spine at the level of the perineum (the point between the anus and the genitals) creating a shape that looks like a flying saucer. This energy matrix is called the MER-KA-BA.
The 17th Breath:
As you breathe in, say to yourself, in your head, the code NINE TENTHS THE SPEED OF LIGHT. This code will tell your mind to increase the speed of the MER-KA-BA to nine tenths the speed of light which will stabilize the rotating field of energy. It will also do something else. This third dimensional universe that we live in is tuned to 9/10 the speed of light. Every electron in your body is rotating around every atom in your body at 9/10 the speed of light. This is the reason this particular speed is selected. The speed increases to 9/10 the speed of light and stabilizes the MER-KA-BA.
As you feel the speed take off, let all your breath out with force. You are now in your stable and Third dimensionally tuned MER-KA-BA.
Using the Merkaba energy:
Drunvalo Melchizedek recommends programming the Merkaba, but it is capable of doing so much more. I started using this energy to create, and I ask it for assistance in working through issues that I am facing.

The 7th Breath: Direct two beams of prana to meet at your navel creating a sphere of light the size of a grapefruit.
The 8th Breath: The sphere is eight inches in diameter.
The 9th Breath: The sphere fills the entire belly.
The 10th Breath: Blow out your air with pressure, and the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo. The original small sphere is still there, so now there are 2 concentric spheres.

The 16th Breath: Say to yourself 34:21. The speed of the spinning increases from 1/3 the speed of light to 2/3 the speed of light. Let out all your breath with force through a small hole in your lips.
